Holds requested for medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. All medical holds are exempt from any time restrictions.
Prepaid Memberships: expiry date will be adjusted forward by the number of days the hold was in place.
Recurring Membership: payment dates will be adjusted forward by the number of days the membership will be on hold.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Recurring Membership Cancellation Policy:
Membership will be charged to stored credit card (in member’s name) automatically on a recurring basis, until a minimum of 3 days advance notice of cancellation is provided via online Cancellation Form.
Payments, once billed, are not eligible for refund.
Cancellations and holds cannot overlap.
Any outstanding membership payments must be paid in full before a cancellation request.
For all memberships that have been paid for in advance, a cancellation fee equivalent to 80 percent of the paid time remaining in the term will be deducted from the refund amount.
No credit will be given for bonus time received as part of any promotion or sale.
Cancellation in First 10 Days:
Memberships may be cancelled within 10 days of receiving a physical or electronic agreement.
If you received any uniform or equipment as part of an introductory offer, the cost of these items will be deducted from your refund if the items have been used.
