  • Fill out this form to pause your membership for up to 3 months.

  • No membership payments will be collected while your membership is paused. 

  • We’ll pause your billing cycle, and you’ll pick up right where you left off. Use the rest of your month when you get back.
    • For example, your normal payment is on March 10th, and you have requested a hold from March 14th to March 28th. The payment scheduled for March 10th will be processed, and you will have the unused time applied upon your return from hold, which will move your next payment date from April 10th to April 24th.

  • We ask 3 days’ notice for a suspension. This way if your payment is scheduled over the weekend, our staff will have enough time to pause your membership without you getting charged the full amount.

  • We do not offer refunds on membership payments made before your hold is processed.

  • All membership payments must be up to date at the time of your hold request.
